I help people change their lives by overcoming habitual, emotional, and belief patterns that hold them back from achieving their weight loss, performance, and self-esteem goals. We can quickly find the root issues of certain unwanted behaviors or feelings using rapid transformational therapy (RTT). Once we find the root cause, RTT can also be used to replace these beliefs with healthier and more productive thoughts and feelings to improve their personal and professional life.
I went through tragedy when I was 11 years old in 2001. I remember being in the kitchen with my sister when my mom got the call, and I cannot forget the sound of the cry she let out when she got the news that my dad had been shot during a robbery. It penetrated my heart so deeply that I had never felt so much pain in my life. We had to wait till the end of the day to confirm that he died. After that, my world turned upside down. I questioned life, reality, and even God. After years of depression and struggling just to cope with life. I was involved in church and bearly hung on to faith. Still, I was not truly living my potential and did not really value myself as a person outside of the church. I had no awareness of what was going on in my mind. Fast forward several years later and I learned about Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) in 2019 and recalled the positive impact of hypnosis as a therapy in my life. Hypnosis significantly helped me improve my relationship with my body and mind when I was aging and abusing it by consuming foods low in nutrition, lacking sleep (playing games all night), and not exercising. The only thing I knew to do was to numb myself and forget about my past. Some and I would label me "emo" and "skinny/fat," but hypnosis helped me turn these habits around by encoding caring and nurturing self-care thoughts and habits that completely transformed my mental and physical state. I was failing classes regularly while I struggled with depression and low self-esteem. I was able to reframe my past situation and come to terms that life continues and that I was responsible for myself and my future despite my past. When I began to practice positive hypnosis, meditation, and affirmations, my grades climbed to the point where all I got were A's with an occasional B. I wasn't getting sick every few weeks anymore. I began to think more highly of myself as my self-respect grew. I created better boundaries with habits that were addictive in nature and began to pay attention to the quality of information that was entering my mind. I became certified in this healing practice because RTT is more than hypnotherapy. It combines the most beneficial elements of hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), psychotherapy, psychology healing, and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) into a breakthrough therapy that has already transformed and improved many of our lives. The healing happens within. I believe you are the hero of your own story. You can move through each level of your journey more quickly and enjoyably with a bit of guidance.
RTT Sessions will typically take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours after the intake form has been completed. They are also naturally relaxing.
